These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DataStack Radar ("Service") operated by DataStack Radar ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

DataStack Radar monitors publicly available changelog and release note pages for data engineering tools (BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Snowflake, and others). It classifies changes using AI and delivers summaries via a web feed, email digest, and - for Pro subscribers - real-time Slack alerts and webhook integrations. The information is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of any change detected.

2. Free plan

The free plan includes access to the public change feed, a weekly email digest, and AI-generated summaries. The free plan is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Pro plans and billing

Pro plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are shown in USD and may exclude applicable taxes.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds: If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or bulk-download the Service programmatically without our permission
  • Use the Service to build a competing changelog monitoring product
  • Share account credentials with others outside your organisation
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

The changelog content we monitor is owned by the respective tool vendors and is used under their respective licences. Our AI-generated summaries, the DataStack Radar brand, logo, and website design are owned by us. You may not reproduce them without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any change detected is complete or accurate; (c) AI-generated summaries are correct. You rely on the Service at your own risk. Always verify breaking changes against official vendor documentation before taking action in production systems.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataStack Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, deployment failures, or missed breaking changes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
